In his past life, he was a former Gunner in the Australian Regular Army and currently serves as a Reserve Legal Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, holding the rank of Lieutenant.

Andrew is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, SAET Legal Practitioner Stakeholder Group and Chairman of the Industrial Relations Committee (a unit of the Law Society of South Australia).

Andrew, founder of WK Lawyers, is an experienced specialist in employment law and personal injury claims. He's a current member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, Industrial Relations Committee for the Law Society of Australia and SAET Legal Practitioner Stakeholder group.

Andrew is also an active Reserve Legal Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, holding the rank of Lieutenant. He and WK Lawyers collaborate with Workplace Advice Service (a division of FWC) to offer free initial advice to workers on employment issues like dismissal, general protections, bullying, and sexual harassment.

He serves as instructing solicitor in matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and appellate proceedings before the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Elias is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for injured workers and offers comprehensive advice to empower clients in making informed decisions about their claims. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours), Bachelor of International Studies, and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Adelaide.
