Don't mess with the little guy!

WK Lawyers took instructions from a FIFO worker (a cook) to pursue his workers compensation claim against the Workers' Compensation Regulator in Queensland.

This case has been dubbed 'a world record' for the amount of Appeals that occurred over 7 years: 13 Appeals in total (internal and external).

We won 13/13 thanks to the final Appeal.
